Denali Plows

The winter months bring the snow fall and extra work! If you're like us and have grown tired of shoveling snow a plow system is the quick and simple solution to make clearing your driveway and property a breeze.

KongOffroad offers the Denali Pro series and the Denali Standard series. Each series will need a winch to control the lowering and raising of the winch. If you do not have a winch please check out the winch options we offer. A hydraulic turn option is also available which eliminates the need to step out of the cab to manually rotate the blade.

* The Pro Series plow blade is made of 12-gauge steel and has a curved design that cuts wet snow and throws powder. It includes a leading edge stiffener and vertical stabilizer bar  for impact reinforcement. The blade is powder coated with epoxy primer & a TGIC Polyester top coat for corrosion protection, UV resistance and durability. The wear blade is a high yield, high strength 3/16" thick grade 50 steel. The skid feet are height and angle adjustable with a three year warranty on a product made in the USA!

* The Standard series blade utilizes a 19 inch scoop and has leading horizontal supports that are formed from a single piece of 11 gauge steel. There are four seven gauge ribs that run the full height of the blade and three additional seven gauge horizontal stabilizers that support the deepest point of the blade. The blade utilizes a 65 degree attack angle over center to ensure that snow rolls up and is thrown forward. Skid feet are also height and angle adjustable while the blade comes with a three year warranty. 

Options:

*There is a optional "Hydroturn" feature that eliminates the need to exit your machine to manually turn the blade. When purchasing the hydroturn feature this eliminates the need to exit the machine each time you need to change the angle of the blade.

The hydraulic system is completely sealed for life, no need to purchase hydraulic fluid, bleed lines, maintain resevoir levels or change fluids. The angle of the blade can be changed while driving and will turn the full radius in five seconds. The hydroturn system utilizes a heavy duty chorme plated 3/4" cylinder shaft and the system bolts directly to the Denali UTV plow push tubes. Wiring harness is included with full weathrproof connectors. 

*Pullley- This pulley system is designed to resist the wear that is caused by the steep angle that occurs between the plow and winch thus increasing the life of your plow system. Included is the pulley, nylon strap and hook.
